Our Food



We always aim to use locally sourced, organic, seasonal vegetables in our recipes.

Making the most of the great produce around us, not only helps the environment and supports local businesses, but as we have found, also provides better flavour. Because we limit the amount of salt we use, the true flavours of the vegetables really come to life!
